Masa sits in the courtyard of İstinye Park as the centre's urban brasserie — a high-ceiling salon, a sizeable garden, and a menu that runs from breakfast through morning coffee, into the long lunch, dinner and the late drink. The room is the meeting point the shopping centre's regulars use without ceremony.

Reserve the garden in the warm months and the salon in winter, take the daily plate and a glass at lunch, and resume the afternoon. Dinner is the quieter service; brunch on weekends is when the room is busiest.
