La Petite Maison

La Petite Maison brought the Nice original's format into İstinye Park — a two-floor dining room built around a long central bar, a programme of Niçoise and Ligurian cooking, and the long-lunch atmosphere the chain has held across London, Dubai, Miami and Hong Kong. The kitchen reads more confident here than the address would suggest; the room runs comfortably from one in the afternoon until late.

Reserve the ground-floor banquette near the bar, take the burrata and the daily fish, and let the lunch run. The wine list leans Provence and Tuscany; the staff will pair on request.
