Arnavutköy Balıkçısı is the room six partners opened after training across the city's older fish addresses — a tight kitchen running the day's catch in the meyhane format, with the cold mezze first, the warm mezze second, and the grilled fish last under a rakı pour. The terrace looks across the strait to the Asian shore; the dining room behind it keeps the same standard through winter.
