- Reserve four days ahead
Sunset has held its place on the rim of Ulus Park since 1994 — the cleanest single view of the Bosphorus and the Asian shore from the European side, and one of the only kitchens in Istanbul running a serious sushi programme alongside a Mediterranean menu. The room is large and the service has been trained for the long run; the wine list is the deepest of any restaurant on this side of the strait.
Reserve the terrace at sunset four days ahead, take the sushi opener and the grill main, and let the sommelier pair. The room turns over precisely; a 7:30 reservation will sit until eleven without pressure.
The view dinner that earns the long booking lead.
