Eataly brought the format into Zorlu Center years ago and has held it without compromise — the market on one side with the cheese counter, the bread, the cured meats; the restaurant programme on the other with the pasta, the pizza and the wine bar. The Italian standard reads cleanly through the shopping-centre setting, and the lunch traffic is steady from twelve.
Take the pasta room rather than the pizza floor at lunch, share a half-litre of the daily white, and buy the cheese and the bottarga on the way out. The room takes walk-ins; the wait is short for two on a weekday.
