Parlé runs the French-Mediterranean register at Zorlu — handmade pasta, the risotto programme, the seafood centre of the menu, and a wine cellar that has been built up to match. The room is the calmer of the centre's high-end options; the service has been trained for the long lunch as much as for the dinner.

Reserve a corner banquette at one for the lunch, take a fish or a pasta with a glass, and resume the afternoon. The wine pairings are the easier way through the menu than ordering by the bottle.
