- Stammersdorfer Kellergasse 12, Vienna 1210
- Family vineyard since the 19th century
- Cellar tasting and tavern garden
- Open seasonally (Buschenschank schedule)
Heuriger Weiland sits on the Stammersdorfer Kellergasse in the far north of Vienna across the Danube — the cellar street of the Stammersdorf wine-growing village now formally within the city limits. The format is the traditional Buschenschank seasonal opening (the family puts up the bushel that signals the heuriger is in service), the garden behind the press-house, the wines from the family's slopes immediately above. The Stammersdorf clientele is the Vienna vintner trade.
Take the Saturday lunch in the garden with the estate Grüner Veltliner and the cold buffet. The opening dates change every year; check the website before booking.
The vintner's own canteen across the Danube.
