Do & Co's Stephansplatz restaurant sits on the seventh floor of the Haas-Haus — the Hans Hollein 1990 glass building directly opposite the Stephansdom — and the curved glass façade puts the cathedral's south tower at touching distance from the dining room. The kitchen runs the Do & Co pan-Asian-Austrian crossover that the group also serves on Austrian Airlines and at the Albertina café; the proposition is the view as much as the cooking.
