- Gate Village 06, DIFC
- Izakaya format, robata and sushi counter
- Lounge upstairs, DJ from 22h on weekends
- Book the terrace in winter season
Zuma opened in DIFC in 2008 and has held the position of most-requested Japanese table in the city ever since. The room is large, the energy is consistent across services, and the kitchen has kept its hand on the robata long after the original London team moved on. The lounge upstairs is where the dinner extends after midnight.
Reserve the terrace from November to March. Order the spicy beef tenderloin, the miso black cod, and the corn tempura — the three plates that have been on the menu since the opening and remain the reason to come. The address is the safest first-night booking in Dubai for a group of six or more.
The DIFC default.
