Rüya runs an Anatolian menu from a wood-fired oven and has held the position of best Turkish kitchen in Dubai since 2016. The room is built for a long evening — the dinner service rolls into a music programme and the floor opens from 23h.
Book the early service at 20h for the meal, the later table for the night that follows. Take the lamb shish, the manti, and the wood-oven flatbreads. The terrace looks onto the Marina and works for a winter dinner from December to March.
