Mercury Lounge sits on the roof of the Four Seasons and remains the most-requested sunset table at the hotel — the cocktail programme has been run by the same team for years and the cigar terrace on the south side is the seat to ask for. The hotel guests fill the booking on a Thursday and Friday.
Book the sunset table for 18h from November to March, take a Negroni and one of the small plates, move to the cigar terrace if the booking extends. The room is residential — quiet enough for a conversation and high enough to read the city.
