Nusr-Et at the Four Seasons is the original Salt Bae room outside Istanbul and remains a destination booking for clients who want the performance with their dinner. The meat is good, the prices are aggressive, and the table is the show — book it knowing what you have agreed to.
Take the ottoman steak and the spaghetti, skip the seafood, and budget for the wine list. If the table is meant to be discreet this is not the address — for theatre with a credible kitchen behind it, the booking remains a one-off worth doing once.
