Hakkasan moved into Atlantis The Palm and has run the strongest Cantonese kitchen in Dubai since — the dim sum at the weekend lunch is the most consistent in the city, and the Peking duck, ordered ahead, holds against any equivalent in the region. The room is dark, lacquered, and built for a long dinner.
Pre-order the Peking duck when booking. At dinner, take the signature tasting and add the truffle scallop dim sum. The lounge bar at the entrance is a credible holding room before the table is ready.
