Verde Beach

Verde opened in 2019 and immediately became the polished alternative to the older Pampelonne names — green and white, less theatrical than Loulou, less corporate than Bagatelle. Julien Lee, who came from the Ducasse universe, has held the kitchen since opening and produces the kind of careful Mediterranean lunch that justifies a third hour at the table.

Book a front-row table at 14h, order the whole fish for two, and ask for the Bandol blanc. The service is among the most adult on the beach, which is the quietest possible compliment in Pampelonne.
