Chez Camille has been at the far end of Pampelonne — Bonne Terrasse, the unwatched cove — since 1913. There is one dish: bouillabaisse, served in two courses, taken at a wooden table looking at the water. No website beyond a one-page contact form, no concept, no Instagram operation.
Call a week ahead, book lunch at 13h, take cash, and accept that the afternoon is now committed. The address is the anti-Pampelonne option I send the client who has done all the beach clubs and wants to remember what Saint-Tropez was before.
