Topping Rose is the room I book when a client wants the Hamptons without the seasonal chaos — 22 keys, a working farm behind the kitchen, and a service team that has been with the house long enough to know what people want before they ask. The cottage suites by the pool are the right call for couples; the historic house works for parents-of-the-bride who want to be inside the main building. For full weddings, the property does not do exclusive buy-outs often, so book early or use it as the inner-circle hotel and overflow guests to Baron's Cove or The Maidstone.
The on-site restaurant is genuinely good — most clients eat there at least once and then move out to Sag Harbor and East Hampton tables for the rest of the stay. The Tesla house car will take you anywhere within ten miles, which covers Sag Harbor, East Hampton, and Wölffer Estate.
The Bridgehampton anchor for special weekends.
