Element 47

The Little Nell's flagship dining room — Michelin Guide-recommended Colorado contemporary, and the most serious wine cellar in the Rockies.

Element 47 is named for silver — the element that built Aspen — and the kitchen at The Little Nell has been quietly the most serious in the Rockies for over a decade. Colorado contemporary cuisine: local wagyu, house-made pastas, seasonal produce, the wine cellar that won the 2026 Star Wine List Silver for best long list with over six hundred references. The room is calm, the service has been with the property long enough to know what is happening, and the kitchen does not overreach.

For honeymoons and significant anniversaries in Aspen, dinner here on the first night sets the bar for the week. Book the chef's table if it is available; the regular dining room is also entirely fine. Wine pairings are excellent and worth the supplement.
