The room is calm, the service has been with the property long enough to know what is happening, and the kitchen does not overreach.

For honeymoons and significant anniversaries in Aspen, dinner here on the first night sets the bar for the week. Book the chef's table if it is available; the regular dining room is also entirely fine. Wine pairings are excellent and worth the supplement.
