- Mid-mountain, Aspen Mountain
- Winter season only, breakfast and lunch
- Famous for apple strudel, white bean chili, pizza
- Two-tiered outdoor sundeck
Bonnie's is the slope-side lunch the locals do — a 1960s cabin off Tourtelotte Park, a deck that gets the sun all afternoon, and a cafeteria line that does the apple strudel, the white bean chili, and the pizza that everyone who has ever skied Aspen Mountain has had at least once. It is not Cloud Nine — there is no dance party, no champagne show — but for a midday hour of sun on the deck between morning and afternoon runs, it is the right call.
For families and multi-generational ski trips this is the easy lunch — no reservation, no dress code, no scene. Take the strudel to go and eat it on the chairlift back up.
