Campo de Fiori has been quietly the best Italian dinner in Aspen for thirty years — opened 1994, voted Aspen Times Best Italian in 2025 and again in 2026, and run by an owner who imports the cured meats and the dried goods directly from Italy. The room is small, the open kitchen is loud, the bar is always full, and the menu is properly Italian without trying to be anything else.
For clients who want the local table — not the festive scene — this is the dinner. The risotto is the dish, the carpaccio menu is the antipasto, and the wine list runs deep on Tuscan and Piedmont reds. Reservations on OpenTable.
The Aspen Italian that belongs to the regulars.
