- 7,100-yard, 18-hole championship course
- Season: April to October (weather-dependent)
- Dede Cusimano Golf Academy, PGA instruction
- Greens fees include cart and range balls (May–Sept)
The Aspen Golf Club is the summer-week reason to come back to Aspen — a 7,100-yard Frank Hummel-designed course two miles from downtown, mountain views on every hole, and a clubhouse with a working grill and a serious pro shop. Greens fees from May through September include the cart and range balls, which makes the price honest, and the tee times open early enough to play eighteen before the lunch reservation back in town.
For golf-led summer weeks book early — the Maroon Creek Club (private) is the senior club in town but the Aspen Golf Club is the right public alternative and tee times in July go quickly. Combine with the Aspen Music Festival evenings and a few hikes around Maroon Bells for the complete summer week.
The summer reason to come back.
