Divan Bebek runs the Divan Group's largest waterside operation — a brasserie with its own dock on the Bosphorus, a retractable skylight that opens through the warm months, and a kitchen that runs Turkish and international plates in equal proportions. The room takes weekend brunch with a children's menu, which is the difference between this address and the louder Lucca a hundred metres down the strip.

Reserve a table on the pier side at brunch, take the eggs and the Turkish breakfast board, and pace the morning. Dinner is the quieter service; the wine list is short but properly built.
