Develi Nişantaşı

The Nişantaşı branch of the Antep house that opened in Samatya in 1912 — pistachio kebab in a brasserie setting.

Develi opened in Antep in 1912 and brought the kitchen to Istanbul in 1966 — first in Samatya, then in Nişantaşı, where the brasserie-style room on Abdi İpekçi has become the easiest way to eat the family's pistachio kebab without leaving the shopping district. The mezze, the lahmacun and the dessert tray hold the standard of the original room; the service is faster, and the dining room works for both lunch and dinner.

Reserve a terrace table at lunch in the warmer months, order the signature pistachio kebab and a single mezze board, and let the kitchen send the baklava at the end. The Samatya original remains the heritage room; this is the operational version.
