Delicatessen sits one street back from the Nişantaşı shopping spine on Mim Kemal Öke and runs a Turkish-and-international kitchen on a calmer register than the Beymen room around the corner. The terrace is the address for spring lunch; the indoor salon, with its private dining option, works through the winter season.

Reserve the terrace at one o'clock, take the seasonal main and a glass of the daily white, and walk back down to Maçka after. The menu rotates often enough that the regulars come for the daily list rather than the printed one.
