Trocadero Sotogrande is the marina-side outpost of the Marbella original — the long-lunch beach format transplanted to the Sotogrande sand, and the table that the polo crowd books between matches in August. The kitchen runs Mediterranean with a sushi counter, the DJ comes on in the late afternoon, and the format is the recognisable one from Río Real.
