Lotus Privilège belongs to a small group of Marrakech rooms that have built the city's reputation for dinner-as-theatre. The set menu is solid — quail tagine, pastilla, the briouates — but the room is built around the show, which is the point. Aerial dancers, live singers, a Gnawa interlude, and the DJ for the after-dinner stretch when the lights drop.
