- Route de l'Ourika, outside the medina
- Asian and French fusion menu
- DJ and percussion every night
- Reserve, dinner from 8 PM
Bô & Zin sits in an exotic garden at the gates of the city and has spent the past two decades perfecting the controlled transition from dinner to club. The kitchen is Asian fusion with French and Moroccan accents — prawn dumplings, miso cod, Thai-inflected fish — and the room slides toward the dancefloor across the back half of the evening as the DJ and the percussionists settle in.
Reserve the garden tables rather than the indoor banquettes, plan dinner before ten, and let the night build. Two cars or a car-and-driver — the road in and out is not a walking distance.
The garden dinner that becomes a club.
