The Pariente family — also behind Crillon Le Brave and Hôtel Vernet — opened Lou Pinet in 2019 and quietly produced the most adult hotel in town. The garden is the largest of any village hotel, the pool is the largest in town full stop, and the Tata Harper spa is the only one of its kind in Europe. The on-site Beefbar handles dinner without requiring a reservation outside.
Book a Garden Suite with terrace, eat at the spa lunch counter rather than the pool, and use the in-house car for the village. The Pariente discretion is the point: no scene at the entrance, no clipboard at the door.
