The Shape Club is the most credible medical wellness operation on the Côte — body composition analysis, doctor-led programmes, the structured stay rather than the spa drop-in.
Send the client who wants to come back lighter and faster. Book a sea-view room, commit to the seven-night programme, and stay off the road. The drive to Saint-Tropez exists but does not need to happen daily.
