Byblos is the institution. Built as a pastel Lebanese village in 1967, it remains the only palace in town whose nightclub matters: Caves du Roy is on the property, which means at two in the morning you are upstairs and asleep in eleven minutes. The 2026 reopening on April 22 brings renovated suites, a rebuilt fitness centre, and a refreshed Mediterranean menu at Byblos Beach Ramatuelle.
Book a suite in the older wings — the bones are better. Go to Caves du Roy once, on the right night, and never twice in a row. The beach club at Ramatuelle has become the most reliable second-day lunch in town for guests who refuse to choose between Pampelonne and the village.
