Asiatiko opened in Aventura in 2021 — kosher and Pas Yisroel-certified, robata grill on one side, sushi counter on the other, the cocktail programme that does not surrender to the kosher constraint. The format is the most ambitious kosher kitchen in South Florida and the only address north of Mid-Beach that handles Japanese at the level the category requires.
Book the counter for the omakase, take the wagyu robata, the sushi tasting, the citrus campachi. The address is the right answer for the observant client who wants Japanese without the kosher compromise and the only kosher room with a credible bar list.
