Seia opened on March 14, 2026 on the 54th floor of the new 830 Brickell tower — a partnership between Vlad Doronin's OKO Group and The Bastion Collection, the Italian operator with ten Michelin stars across its European properties. The dining room is open by reservation; the private members club upstairs is by invitation only.
Book the dining room four weeks ahead, take a window table at sunset, order the tasting menu. The address is the most consequential Brickell opening of 2026 and the new gravitational centre of the quarter.
