Milos opened on Regent Street in 2014 as the London room of the Costas Spiliadis group that runs from Montréal to Athens, and remains the most serious Greek seafood proposition in the city. The format is the whole-fish display at the entrance — chosen by weight, priced by the kilo, simply grilled — and the meze that opens the meal. The room is calm enough to take the lunch as quietly as the dinner.
Book the lunch on a Wednesday, take the Milos Special as the starter, choose the bar from the ice. The prix-fixe lunch is the most efficient version of the room.
