Gaucho's DIFC room runs the same Argentine steakhouse format the London group has held for two decades — Pampean beef, asado cuts, a wine list that rewards depth in Mendoza. The lunch service is where the kitchen is sharpest and the dining room is in working mode.
Book a corner table for the Tuesday or Wednesday lunch, take the lomo and the chimichurri, ask the sommelier for a Catena Zapata vertical. The address is not where I send a celebration dinner — it is where I send the client who wants meat, a wine list, and a quiet two hours mid-deal.
