- Cofradía Vasca de Gastronomía group
- Mediterranean kitchen, the croquettes are the order
- Long bar, mirrored walls, the room becomes a club after 23h
- Calle Ayala 6, Salamanca
Ten Con Ten is the Salamanca room that does the long lunch on a Saturday and turns into a dancing table after eleven — the bar pours one of the better dry martinis in the city, the croquettes have been on the menu since opening, and the late-night format is a Madrid invention that pre-dates the Amazónico generation by ten years. The address is one block from Serrano.
Book the back room for dinner at 22h, ask for a corner table at the bar after midnight. The kitchen takes orders late. The crowd is the local Salamanca set, less international than Amazónico, which is the appeal.
Book it for the long Saturday lunch.
