- Jungle decor by Lázaro Rosa-Violán
- Latin American grill and sushi counter
- Live music every night from 21h, club Jungle Jazz Club below
- Calle Jorge Juan 20, Salamanca
Amazónico is the dinner-then-dance address that the Salamanca client books for the table of eight on a Thursday — Sandro Silva's jungle production, Lázaro Rosa-Violán's set design, a live band on the mezzanine from nine, and a downstairs club called Jungle Jazz Club that opens after midnight. The kitchen does Latin American grill and a creditable sushi counter; the volume of the room is the point.
Book the second sitting at 22h30 in the main room for the music. Group of six minimum. Move downstairs to the club at 1h if the table is still standing. Outposts have opened in London, Dubai and Monaco but the Madrid room remains the loudest.
Book it for the Thursday night.
