Cracco moved into the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in 2018 and runs the four-floor townhouse as the most architecturally ambitious dining address in central Milan — the restaurant on the first floor (two Michelin stars, the third was lost in 2020), the bistro and café below, the wine cellar in the basement, and the terrace overlooking the Galleria roof. The proposition is the modern Italian register that the Milanese ambition has produced.
