Manko is Gastón Acurio's Paris room on Avenue Montaigne — Peruvian-Japanese plates upstairs, the Garance cabaret in the basement that takes over the room from 23h on Friday and Saturday. The combination is the answer for the dinner that turns into the evening without a second venue.
