Akira Back Paris

Akira Back Paris is the first European room of the Korean-American chef behind the Marina Bay Sands and Las Vegas restaurants, opened at the end of 2022 inside the Prince de Galles. The room takes the address of the old Heures bar — the Art Deco chandelier and the painted ceiling have been kept — and the kitchen runs the canonical Akira Back menu, AB tuna pizza, lobster gyozas, miso black cod, all written for the long Avenue George V dinner.

Book the curved banquette on the bar side, take the chef's selection for the first time, drink the cold sake and finish with the matcha mille-feuille. The room is the Paris answer for the client who has done Akira Back Las Vegas and wants the only version that the rest of Europe does not yet have.
