The Bar du Plaza is the Patrick Jouin ice-bar room at the Plaza Athénée — the most photographed Paris palace bar of its decade, the cocktail programme that has built the reservation list since 2003. The room is the avenue Montaigne ritual that the shopping day still ends with.
