- 239-241 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001
- Designed by Jacques Garcia
- Patio courtyard restaurant
- Open all year, late kitchen
Hôtel Costes is the Costes original — the rue Saint-Honoré address, the Jacques Garcia red-and-gold rooms, the patio courtyard that has been the most copied hotel dining space of the last thirty years. The kitchen does not pretend to be the reason for the booking, but the table on the patio at 22h is the Paris dinner the brand still owns.
Book the patio for four at 21h30, take the truffle pasta and the steak, drink the rosé. The crowd is the international one that the address has built since the nineties, and the playlist is the only one in Paris that still has its own compilation series.
