Le Chabichou

Le Chabichou is the Rochedy family two-star dining room at the centre of 1850 — the alpine kitchen that has held the village's reservation list for forty years, the long-standing chef Michel Rochedy and now Stéphane Buron, the wood-and-glass dining room. The kitchen is the alpine version of the polished French gastronomic menu.

Book the round corner table for four, take the tasting menu, drink the Mondeuse by the glass.
