- Inside K2 Palace, 1850
- Sushi and kaiseki menu
- Counter and small dining room
- Season Dec 2025-April 2026
Koori is the Japanese counter inside K2 Palace — the sushi-led menu with the kaiseki extension on the longer dinner, the small room that the palace regulars protect from the festive lists. The kitchen is the most precise alpine Japanese room of the village after Kinugawa, and the only one inside a palace.
Book the counter for two, take the omakase, drink the cold sake. The dinner is the right Courchevel answer for the second evening when the Savoyard plate is not the goal — and the kind of address that the K2 stay guests take twice in a week.
