Eden Rock is what made Saint-Jean Saint-Jean. The rock at the centre of the bay holds the original suites built by Rémy de Haenen in 1953; the cottages spread along the beach on either side. The Matthews family bought it in 1995 and the Oetker integration in 2018 added the operational discipline without changing the family-house feel.
