- SXM → SBH · 10 min
- Operators: St Barth Commuter, Heli SXM
- Departures aligned with long-haul arrivals
- Bags handed across at SXM
SBH is the second most demanding civilian airfield after Courchevel — the approach over the Col de la Tourmente, the final dive between two ridges, the runway that ends at the beach. Fixed-wing on the small Pilatus or DHC-6 from St Maarten is the routine; the helicopter is the calmer alternative, ten minutes apron-to-apron, no carousel, no transfer bus.
Camille holds the relationship with St Barth Commuter and Heli SXM. The slot lines up with the long-haul arrival at SXM (the JFK and CDG mornings, the YYZ in season). The bags are checked across at SXM; the car at SBH runs to Gustavia in seven minutes.
