ZZ's New York opened in 2023 on three floors of 35 Hudson Yards, interiors by Ken Fulk — Major Food Group's second members' club after Miami and the more ambitious build. Carbone Privato is the room that decided the demand: the only private outpost of Carbone in the world, with a menu that reads as a longer version of the public room downtown.
Membership runs at twenty thousand to join and ten thousand a year, by sponsor and committee. Camille works with two New York sponsors who will put a Beesy client forward when the brief calls for it; otherwise an introduction through a member is the route in.
