Cipriani opened the Marbella room at Puente Romano in summer 2022 — the fourth Mediterranean address of the family after Venice, Monte-Carlo and Ibiza, and the one that completed the resort's transformation into the most international dinner destination on the coast. The format is the unchanged one of Harry's Bar: white-jacketed waiters, carpaccio Cipriani, baked tagliolini with ham, peach Bellini at the bar.
Book outside under the pines at 22h. Bellini at the bar before, carpaccio and tagliolini to share, the tiramisu to close. Walk to the beach or across the resort to Nobu's bar after.
