- Hotel guests prioritised — non-residents book three weeks ahead
Louroc is the dining room at the tip of the Cap-Eden-Roc property and the answer to the question of where to eat on the Riviera when you want one perfect lunch and no negotiation. Sébastien Broda has held the star since 2017 and the menu has barely changed — loup en croûte, sole meunière, soufflé Grand Marnier. The wine list reads like the Médoc cellar of a private bank.
Lunch on the terrace, not dinner. The light off the saltwater pool at one o'clock is the reason to be here.
Book it for the long Riviera lunch.
