The round-island day is the way to read Saint-Barth — Colombier for the morning swim and the long-tail snorkel, Île Fourchue for the picnic on the rocks the captain assembles from the morning's purchases at the Gustavia traiteurs, Petite Anse for the late swim before the harbour return at 18h.
Book through Camille a week ahead in February and during the regatta. The operators hold the picnic shopping and the snorkel kit as part of the price. Smaller boats (12-16m) work better in the chop around Île Fourchue.
