Delilah at Wynn is the modern Vegas supper club — h.wood Group, opened 2021, designed as the cabaret room of an imagined showgirl-turned-proprietress with malachite tables, bronze cubist art, and live jazz that turns into late-night dancing by eleven. The food (executive chef Joshua Smith) is American supper-club classic — the Wagyu meatballs, the lobster pot pie, the proper martini service — but the room is the reason to book. The strict no-phones policy keeps it intimate even when every table is a recognisable name.
For wedding rehearsal dinners and significant birthdays in Vegas this is the most stylish reservation in town. The Wednesday and Thursday seatings are easier to book than the weekend slots; the Sunday jazz night is the underrated evening of the week.
The Strip's supper club with the live band.
