Sa Punta is the cliffside three-restaurant venue on the Talamanca peninsula — the Lebanese room on one side, the Mediterranean on the other, the Italian in the middle, all sharing the long terrace facing Dalt Vila across the water. The Lebanese is the most ambitious of the three and the only proper Levantine kitchen of this address on the eastern coast.
Book the terrace at 21h for the Dalt Vila lighting hour, take the mezze selection in the Lebanese room or the burrata in the Italian, drink the cold rosé. The dinner is the right Ibiza answer for the long evening with the Dalt Vila view — and the kind of address that the long-stay regulars take for the rotation across the three kitchens.
